After getting off work Saturday, the guy who wanted our hardtop came by to buy it.  After looking it over and paying me, we put it onto his Jeep and discovered that his 2008 didn't have the hole for the rear locating pin.  He had mentioned that he thought that could be an issue.  Well, a little drilling later and he had holes.  It fit just fine after that.  He drove away happy and we wound up with the extra money that pretty much paid for Jodi's new hood, which is suppose to ship to us early in May.

As the hardtop purchaser was leaving, another guy I made contact with online pulled into the driveway.  He had come to take a look at the half doors as he is a painter at a Chevrolet dealer and he had already quoted me on painting Jodi's hood.  I had asked him if he would be interested in painting the half doors but he wanted to see them before giving a quote.  He had brought a body guy with him since there is a ding in one door and a couple other spots on a corner or two need a little smoothing as they had been touched up previously.  They looked them over and said the work they need was very minimal and they could take care of the repair and paint for $500.  Deal.  They are going to do the work at the same time that the hood is sprayed so we should have everything done in the next few weeks.  

Yesterday, we worked on our website quite a bit getting ready for the traffic that we should see from our forthcoming marketing piece distribution to 5 high schools in an affluent county in Kansas.  7200 pieces will be distributed and we hope to start building some brand recognition in that area by doing so. 

I have one more photoshoot left this week and then it's dead time for us.  We may get a straggler or two in May but it's a very slow month for us as graduation approaches.  We have some sales sessions scheduled and a model team shoot but that is about it.  It'll be a good month to head over to Kansas Rocks and do some wheeling.
